Saw the familiar green awning in W.Van and sure enough, it's the same InnCogneato with the same owners. The menu is as tasty as before...perhaps even tastier. So glad that it's back and right by the beach! Had my favorite veggie open face sandwich and my friend had the kabob. Amazing with an "A." Nice new location, same good atmosphere.
