Miki Sushi Japanese Restaurant

iLOVE THE FOOD AT THE RESTURANT BUT i HAVE NOTICED THAT THE PLACE IS GETTING PROGRESSIVELY DIRTIER BY THE DAY. wHY DO MOST jAPANESE RESTURANTS STOP WORRYING ABOUT KEEPING THE PLACE CLEAN ? cLEANILNESS WOULD BE THE MAJOE REASON i WOULDNT RETURN

No gonna lie, I wasn't impressed. I usually go to Sushi Garden a block west of this restaurant but I had a craving for a nabeyaki udon so i ventured in. Right off the bat, i wasn't too impressed with the service. There were onpy about five tablles with customers and two waiters. I'm not quite sure why i had to wait 10mins to order but if the food is good, it's forgivable.
When my nabeyaki udon arrived, i was surprised at the egg. Normally, it's supposed to be fairly raw so you can mix it in with the hot soup. I had to flip it over and check the buttom to make sure it wasn't burnt. Also, it was a good thing i ordered dynamite roll as well because this udon alone definitely wouldn't have been filling. It's about a dollar less than othe places but i'd rather pay the extra dollar. Don't think i'll be back...

Terrible service, I am an extra 5 mins away and would not deliver, even when I told them I would give them an extra 10$. Not to mention they have delivered to me before and now refuse to. TERRIBLE.

two words. BENTO BOX. sooo much food for soo little money. My roommates and i love this spot.

Big disappointment. Rice used for sushi was crunchy and hard. Fish on sushi was too wet, like it was still defrosting or was kept in cold buckets of water. I lived in Japan for over 5 years and eat sushi around Vancouver more than 3 times a week. Pass on this place, unless you're really, really hungry.

Miki Sushi is phenomenal, the food is fantastic, the portions are great for what you're paying, and the service is friendly, I've been to many Japanese restaurants and none has compared to Miki Sushi's price and quality.If you're in the area i definately recomend this place, and if you are from the area you should be eating there already!!

The atmosphere is okay... the food is excellent. There is also quite a variety as they offer Japanese, Vietnamese and Chinese. I would definitely go there frequently if I lived in the area.

Decor is o.k. I don't like the fact that it is family owned and they all work there and they stare at you while you eat because you're the only ones in there. I think the portions are too small for the price you pay. Food isn't bad but I would rather go somewhere else.
