Best ever deli sandwiches..they also carry that smelly good dried fish.
Always friendly service with a smile..would recommend this deli to the

This is the freshest and most friendly deli in all of Burnaby. They have a great selection, always fresh and while they do get busy at times, there are no where near the line ups like other delis in the area. You won't find a more cleaner store and you are treated like a respected customer. Only thing missing is a kiss on the cheeks and a glass of vino!

Met the new owner the other day. What a nice lady!! Have to say it's a small deli but they have an awesome selection. Nothing is outdated and their cold cuts are premium quality. Some of the other deli's in North Burnaby could learn a thing or two from Ortona.

Ortona Deli is a classic italian deli and grocery!! The freshness of the meats ,cheese and bread are divine. The new owner is a gem and the ladies working are sweet and always offer a warm hello and a big smile!!! Thats Italian... see you soon.....

Very friendly,knowledgeable and professional staff. Huge variety of cold cuts, cheese and I like that everything is fresh daily like bread and sausages. I will definitely keep going there.

My favourite neighborhood deli has not skipped a beat since the transition to new ownership and management. I've always enjoyed quality products here with fast, warm, and friendly service and am delighted to see those attributes are paramount still today. I look forward to many more years of patronage.
