I went to TBC many times and had fun on the tracks. Just on the tracks! Sometimes when I had a few friends want to book reservations, they don't even pick up calls! I went there in person and filled out the forms while i heard phone calls keep ringing! They just ignoring it. Gosh! Stupid employees. What kind of employees they hire?! Other than that, they were very rude and seems like we're the one who's bothering them. Go karts could potentially harm people due to improper use. People inside steps the pedal to the end and don't even care! They said we should watch the video inside the room first for safety issues. Okay, fine, we'll watch it. When we get in our karts and started racing. The guy in front keeps going slow and us 4 people at the back got pissed off! I mean, we paid hundred of dollars for following a slow guy?! I asked the employee why he didn't wave the blue flag so we can get through. He said we should've just bumped into him to the side. What?!! Isn't that a dangerous action? You said we watch the video so we don't treat karts like bumper karts and you said we should? Wtf?! And lastly, pick up the damn phone calls!! ..More Reviews
